Water Jug Refill

To ensure that students have adequate access to water, we need help re-filling 5 gallon water jugs 1-2 per week. Please consider signing up.

Instructions

Retrieve empty 5 gallon jugs from the front desk. Use the walkie-talkie to alert staff that you are there to pick up bottles.
Go to water refill station. (closest location: HEB 10777 Kuykendahl)
Bring bottles back to the front desk. You can ask for a wagon to help carry loaded bottles.
Refill stations do not issue receipts. Email SHSUbrightoncharterPTO@gmail.com with the number of bottles you filled. A reimbursement through Zelle will be sent within 1-2 business days. If you do not have Zelle, a reimbursement check will be issued.

*It costs approximately $2.30 to fill a single 5 gallon jug.

*Jugs weigh approximately 40lbs when full.
